Refund policy
We want you to feel good about every candle you bring into your home. If something is not quite right, we will do our best to make it right.
Returning an Item
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The candle must be unused and unburned.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Packages returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
To begin a return, please email returns@leveiza.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
Please email returns@leveiza.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will send a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Burned or used candles.
- Final sale items.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
Because fragrance is a personal experience, we are unable to accept returns based solely on scent preference once a candle has been used.
Items returned that do not meet the conditions above may be sent back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
